Products sold in the webshop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The webshop operates with a limited product range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The webshop primarily offers <strong>inverter communication devices related to solar systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inverter communication stick<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inverter communication module<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication router<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other PV system data connectivity devices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The characteristics of the products are indicated on the respective product data sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-rendeles-menete\">4. Order process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer adds the selected product to the cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>billing details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submission of the order entails a payment obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following submission of the order, the system automatically sends a confirmation to the customer's email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the customer is released from the binding offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-elektronikus-szerzodes-sajatossagai\">5. Characteristics of electronic contracts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">An order placed in the webshop <strong>constitutes a contract concluded by electronic means<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>is not filed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is not accessible later<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>does not constitute a contract reduced to writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The language of the contract is: <strong>Hungarian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-fizetesi-feltetelek\">6. Payment terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Only <strong>card payment<\/strong> is available in the webshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Payment is processed through the <strong>Stripe<\/strong> electronic payment service provider's system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The invoice issued for the purchase is generated <strong>through the Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zz.hu system<\/strong> and sent to the customer in electronic form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-szallitas\">7. Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Delivery is carried out exclusively by <strong>home delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping price:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.000 HUF \/ order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is obliged to provide an accurate delivery address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery is carried out by a courier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service provider's operations and workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is obliged to inspect the received parcel upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a damaged parcel, a record must be requested from the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-elallasi-jog\">8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">A customer qualifying as a consumer is entitled, <strong>pursuant to Government Decree 45\/2014. (II.26.)<\/strong>, to <strong>withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The customer must <strong>notify the service provider of their intention to withdraw by email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Following confirmation of the withdrawal, the customer is obliged to <strong>return the product by post to the registered address of the service provider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Following receipt of the returned product, the service provider <strong>refunds the purchase price of the product to the customer within 72 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-az-elallasi-jog-aloli-kivetelek\">9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in the case of a product manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the case of a product which, by its nature, cannot be returned in its original condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-kellekszavatossag\">10. Implied warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In the event of defective performance by the service provider, the customer may enforce an <strong>implied warranty claim<\/strong> in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer may \u2014 at their choice \u2014 exercise the following implied warranty claims:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>request repair,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request replacement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>request a price reduction,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have the defect repaired at the service provider's expense,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or withdraw from the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The customer may enforce their implied warranty claim <strong>within 2 years<\/strong> of the date of performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-11-termekszavatossag\">11. Product warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In the event of a defect in a movable item, the consumer may enforce a <strong>product warranty claim<\/strong> against the manufacturer or distributor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">A product warranty claim may be enforced <strong>within two years<\/strong> of the product being placed on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-12-kotelezo-jotallas\">12. Mandatory guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The mandatory guarantee is governed by the rules of <strong>Government Decree 151\/2003. Manufacturer's guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">For certain products, the manufacturer may provide <strong>additional manufacturer's guarantee<\/strong> beyond the mandatory guarantee period stipulated by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are valid in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee conditions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are enforced by the manufacturer or the official service network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The guarantee conditions applicable to the given product are in every case <strong>indicated on the product data sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-14-szavatossagi-es-jotallasi-igeny-ervenyesitese\">14. Enforcement of warranty and guarantee claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a warranty or guarantee claim, the customer may contact the service provider in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-mail: anger.zoltan@dataversumx.eu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service provider investigates the notification and informs the customer of the further steps to be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service provider does not carry out servicing activities. In the event of a malfunction, the customer may also contact the manufacturer or the official service network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-15-panaszkezeles\">15.
