1. Introduction
Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek (a továbbiakban: Terms & Conditions) a DVX Data Versum X Kft. által üzemeltetett webáruház használatának feltételeit tartalmazza.
By using the webshop and placing an order, the customer accepts the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
The primary purpose of the webshop is the sale of communication and data connectivity devices related to solar systems.

3. Products sold in the webshop
The webshop operates with a limited product range.
The webshop primarily offers inverter communication devices related to solar systems.
Products include, for example:
- inverter communication stick
- inverter communication module
- communication router
- other PV system data connectivity devices
The characteristics of the products are indicated on the respective product data sheet.
4. Order process
The customer adds the selected product to the cart.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide:
- billing details
- shipping address
- contact details
Submission of the order entails a payment obligation.
Following submission of the order, the system automatically sends a confirmation to the customer's email address.
If the confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the customer is released from the binding offer.
5. Characteristics of electronic contracts
An order placed in the webshop constitutes a contract concluded by electronic means.
The contract:
- is not filed
- is not accessible later
- does not constitute a contract reduced to writing
The language of the contract is: Hungarian.
6. Payment terms
Only card payment is available in the webshop.
Payment is processed through the Stripe electronic payment service provider's system.
The invoice issued for the purchase is generated through the Számlázz.hu system and sent to the customer in electronic form.
7. Shipping
Delivery is carried out exclusively by home delivery.
Shipping price:
3.000 HUF / order
The customer is obliged to provide an accurate delivery address.
Delivery is carried out by a courier service.
Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service provider's operations and workload.
The customer is obliged to inspect the received parcel upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged parcel, a record must be requested from the courier.
8. Right of withdrawal
A customer qualifying as a consumer is entitled, pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days of receiving the product.
The customer must notify the service provider of their intention to withdraw by email.
Following confirmation of the withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the product by post to the registered address of the service provider.
Following receipt of the returned product, the service provider refunds the purchase price of the product to the customer within 72 hours.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- in the case of a product manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- in the case of a product which, by its nature, cannot be returned in its original condition
10. Implied warranty
In the event of defective performance by the service provider, the customer may enforce an implied warranty claim in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
The customer may — at their choice — exercise the following implied warranty claims:
- request repair,
- request replacement,
- request a price reduction,
- have the defect repaired at the service provider's expense,
- or withdraw from the contract.
The customer may enforce their implied warranty claim within 2 years of the date of performance.
11. Product warranty
In the event of a defect in a movable item, the consumer may enforce a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor.
A product warranty claim may be enforced within two years of the product being placed on the market.
12. Mandatory guarantee
The mandatory guarantee is governed by the rules of Government Decree 151/2003. (IX.22.)
The duration of the guarantee depends on the gross selling price of the product:

The guarantee period commences on the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
13. Manufacturer's guarantee
For certain products, the manufacturer may provide additional manufacturer's guarantee beyond the mandatory guarantee period stipulated by law.
The conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee:
- are valid in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee conditions,
- are enforced by the manufacturer or the official service network.
The guarantee conditions applicable to the given product are in every case indicated on the product data sheet.
14. Enforcement of warranty and guarantee claims
In the event of a warranty or guarantee claim, the customer may contact the service provider in the following ways:

The service provider investigates the notification and informs the customer of the further steps to be taken.
The service provider does not carry out servicing activities. In the event of a malfunction, the customer may also contact the manufacturer or the official service network.
15. Complaint handling
The customer may submit a complaint through the following contact details:

The service provider investigates and responds to complaints within 30 days.

17. Conciliation body
The consumer is entitled to refer the matter to a conciliation body.

18. Technical errors
The service provider assumes no liability for technical errors occurring in the operation of the website.
In the event of an obviously erroneous price being displayed, the service provider is entitled to reject the order.
19. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the following legislation shall apply:
